She has lived in Milan, Perugia, Bologna, Edinburgh and London but finds her true love in the Puglia kitchen where the best ingredients are at her fingertips. Laura has a deep grasp of the regional traditions that make Pugliese cuisine stand out and finds great joy in sharing this with visitors to her region.
