Chef Laura Giordano has traveled around Italy and the world working in restaurant kitchens and running catering businesses. She has lived in Milan, Perugia, Bologna, Edinburgh and London but finds her true love in the Puglia kitchen where the best ingredients are at her fingertips. Laura has a deep grasp of the regional traditions that make Pugliese cuisine stand out and finds great joy in sharing this with visitors to her region.
