From Aglianico in Basilicata to Nero di Troia in Puglia, we will leave no grape uncovered to show you the way of the Puglian wine.

With every program there is always the opportunity to add on extra indulgences like cycling tours, olive oil massage and private Italian lessons. We are here to make your stay as complete as possible.

My wife and I are currently travelling in Italy and are considering staying in Martina Franca for a few days, October 19-22. Would it be possible for us to join a cooking class at Cucina Gelso Bianco for a day or two in that period? If so, could you give an idea of what we might learn, and what the cost would be. My wife is quite an accomplished cook, and I am not. If that is not possible, is there another cooking school, either in Martin Franca or Monopoli, which you would recommend and which we might be able to attend for one or two days in the period October 19-22?
    Grazie,
    Patrick McCarthy
