For those that want to indulge in all things Puglia while being pampered like no other program in Italy.  You and your group will occupy an ancient and working Masseria.  Each day you will wake to the smell of fresh baked pastries, the world’s finest coffee, and your own in house chef ready to lead you down the day’s culinary path.  Whether it is a morning cooking demonstration of local breads and pastries, or a visit to the local markets your day will be orchestrated to teach you the skills to blow your friends away when you return home.  While you will receive instruction in food, wine, and Pugliese culture each day you will also have plenty of time for relaxation and with the staff massage therapist available everday your ultimate serenity is always only a treatment away.
