This is a first-rate organization which stands by its promises and provides quality equipment and personal attention. Antonello and his team understand quality 'customer service' and deliver. From advice pre-arrival (via many emails) to answer all of my questions and then post-arrival on the best routes, restaurants and accommodation; to arranging urgent transport when we were stranded; to on-time transfer services; to booking a B&B late at night when the language difficulties were too hard for us and then escorting us there in the midst of the cobblestone maze of Monopoli.
